AMAZING LAS VEGAS COMIC CON Presents KIDS DAY Sunday July 1
Amazing Comic Conventions believes that the next generations of fandom begins at our event, on our show floor. Families are a priority, where special discounts- FREE ADMISSIONS for KIDS- make it easier to attend, great guests are booked to spark interest, with fun activities to participate in.
Here are some of the Family Entertainment highlights coming to Amazing Las Vegas Comic Con, with emphasis on Sunday July 1- aka KID’S DAY:
*KID’s DAY FREE SKETCHES
Throughout the Artist Alley in the Main Convention Hall, talented artists contribute drawing free sketches for Kids 10 and under. Check the Programming Guide for participating members
*Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ KEVIN EASTMAN!
Whether you became a fan of the TMNT through the original comic books, the cartoons, TV shows, movies, or toys- The turtles have been thrilling fans of all ages over three decades. Meet creator KEVIN EASTMAN at a special panel presentation and at his booth. Every fan there will get 1 FREE Autograph!
*MY LITTLE PONY HOUR OF POWER with TONY FLEECS!
Starting at 1pm on Sunday July1, IDW My Little Pony Artist TONY FLEECS will be doing a limited number of *FREE* Drawings for kids 10 and under. Better get there early as tickets run out early!
THE SORTING HAT… Hogwarts Approach to Pop Culture
Xander Jeanneret, best known from his time on King of the Nerds, as well as the Library Bards, conducts a fan meeting. Here Pop Culture is categorized through the world of Harry Potter, and the Sorting Hat- Fun for the whole family!
*MARIO KART CHALLENGE!
Members of all ages can challenge their favorite Pop Culture Personalities and each other on this Giant Scale Super Mario Game on the Big Screen. There will be a few surprises and twists too!
*GARAGE FX Make & Take Workshops
Want to jump into the world of COSPLAY but don’t know where to start? The Fowers/Caldwell family host a number of how-to demos at their booth where fans can follow kit designs, and learn from special projects!
*ALL AGES COLORING CONTEST
Here, contestants of all ages have one hour to color and enhance special variant comic book covers. The winner Kid’s Division and All Ages division get their books CGC Slabbed- free of cost with their own special artist label!
*KID’s COSTUME PARADE
And closing out Sunday
programming at 5pm on the main stage- kids get to show off their costumes, strutting their stuff on the catwalk. Here, everyone is a winner!

AMAZING LAS VEGAS COMIC CON is Nevada’s premiere pop culture Fan Fest, taking place June 29, 30, and July 1.
