Amazing Las Vegas Comic Con Guest RICK HOBERG is an artist we are thrilled host in Las Vegas September 16-17-18.

As crowds rush to the cineplex this week to check out THOR: LOVE & THUNDER, Natalie Portman's character is directly inspired from the work of Rick Hoberg. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has its secret origin thanks to Hoberg. In the pages of WHAT IF, Hoberg depicts Jane Foster as the worthy weilder of The Hammer, Lady Thor.

Rick Hoberg influenced fandom in numerous areas, solidifying his status as an Arcihtect of Pop Culture. He drew the early issues of Star Wars from Marvel Comics, expanding the George Lucas mythos. He worked extensively in animation, with credits that include character developer for Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends, Hulk: Agent of Smash; Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Static Shock, and more. He is best known for his work as storyboard artist and design lead on the now classic series X-Men, as well as Pryde of the X-Men, and Wolverine & X-Men.

The career of Rick Hoberg is vast and diverse with his impact on fan-favorite properties. Highlights include Comic Art for Marvel and DC Comics including the WHAT IF series (Disney+), Green Arrow (the CW), All Star Squadron (Black Adam), and more. Additional animation postions include Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Ghost Busters, Gargoyles, Jem and the Holograms, Transformers, Godzilla, and dozens of others. Hoberg recently contributed to video game lore with Street Fighter and the Halo franchise from Bungee.

Amazing Comic Con welcomes back Rick Hoberg to our Pop Culture Expo in Las Vegas. He will be appearing in the international artist alley on each of the three days of the convention on September 16-17-18. He will be meeting the fans, signing autographs, featured on panels, and more at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
